Cookies the site needs
NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose, until you close your browser. The session cookie (phteah.session_token) keeps you signed in, for 30 days without use. They are needed for the site to work: they need no consent.
Stored on your device
Not cookies, and never sent to us: your recent listings and places, your comparison list, the theme, your answer about audience measurement and the listings saved before signing in stay in your browser (local storage). Clearing your browser’s data removes them.
Outside services
Maps are drawn with OpenFreeMap tiles: your browser asks for them, so OpenFreeMap sees your IP address. Videos (YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com, TikTok, Facebook) load only when you press play; once playing, TikTok and Facebook may set their own cookies. The report form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots.
Audience measurement
None today. If it is added, it will only start after you agree, and this page will list it.
