How we measure
- Median rent: half of the listings online ask less, half ask more. Only rents shown on the site count, from 5 listings up.
- Change: the median asking rent of listings put online in the last 90 days, against the 90 days before, from 20 listings in each period.
- These are asking rents, not signed leases. Sale prices are never summarised.
